Before your Moveat

What times apply?

Moveat Original

Moveat Original often takes 4-5 hours. Each event has a specific starting point and when you book your ticket, you choose a starting time. At the starting point, you get a Moveat bracelet and your first taste portion. After that, you visit the remaining taste stops at any pace and order. Moveat Original normally closes at 5 pm, but some taste stops may have longer or shorter opening hours. You can see the respective taste stop opening hours in your Moveat app.

 

Moveat Anytime

Moveat Anytime often takes 3-5 hours. When you book your ticket, you choose which day it should apply to. A general validity period is stated on your ticket, but sometimes some tasting stops may be open longer or shorter than the general period. You start at any tasting stop and we recommend starting in good time so that you have time to visit all tasting stops. You can see the respective taste stop's opening hours in your Moveat app. Here you can read more about how Moveat Anytime works.

 

Moveat Limited

All Moveat Limited experiences are unique and therefore the times vary for different events. Please consult the app to read more about each event for information on start and end times.

What is included in my ticket?

In your ticket to Moveat Original and Moveat Anytime includes a tasting portion of food at each tasting stop. Drinks are usually sold in both full and half glasses. What is included in your ticket to Moveat Limited varies, but is clear for each event.

I am vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian. What applies?

We love plant-based food and at most of our events, a vegan alternative is offered for all taste preferences. When you buy your ticket, you will see if there is a vegan option or not. Our Moveat Original offers e.g. always vegan food. Please note that vegan food must be booked at the time of your ticket purchase.

Regular or vegan tickets are the two different ticket types we offer. Are you vegetarian, flexitarian or something in between, you therefore need to choose one of the above two options when you buy your ticket.

I have an allergy.

Of course, you can join in and eat what you can. Most tasting stops usually have the possibility to adapt to the most common allergies, but unfortunately this is not something we at Moveat can guarantee. Be sure to talk to the staff at each stop once you arrive at the event to make sure of the food content.

I can not find my order confirmation.

Your ticket, order confirmation and receipt will be sent automatically to your email address a few minutes after your purchase. If you can not find this email in your regular inbox, feel free to take a look at your spam. If you do not find it there either, contact us and we will help.

Remember that you do not need to print your ticket or order confirmation - you only need to show it in the Moveat app.

I have been prevented! How do I?

Your ticket is not personal, so you can give it away or sell it. Up to 10 days before the event, you can also change your ticket to another Moveat in Sweden (with free seats left) by contacting us here. Any price difference is applied. No refund will be made if the new ticket price is lower than the original price

In what order should I go?

You choose in which order and pace you visit the different taste venues. In the app you can see today's menu and plan your route. And of course it is fine to re-plan the route at any time. Let mood and taste rule!

How do I get around?

We recommend walking, but of course you can get around between the venues anyway your choose.

Where does my Moveat start?

Moveat Original has a specific starting point, then you visit the remaining taste stops in any order. The starting point is clearly marked in your Moveat app. During Moveat Anytime you start where you want. Moveat Limited sometimes has a specific starting point and sometimes not. Please see the respective events for more info.

How should I dress?

Dress for the weather.

What does `After Moveat´ mean?

At some events we have an `After Moveat´. `After Moveat´ is the taste stop we recommend choosing last. It is often possible to stay here a little longer, socialise with other Moveat participants and enjoy a good drink to the music of a live DJ.

I have a dog or pram. Can I bring these?

You definitely get it! However, all participating venues have different opportunities, conditions and rules, so be prepared that you will have to leave the dog or pram outside certain taste stops. If you want to know more exactly how it is, you can of course contact the respective venue.

The Moveat app

Do I need to download the Moveat app?

Yes, the app is an important part of your Moveat experience. In the app, you plan your desired route and can see which taste stops are included and what is served at each place. You also have access to your ticket and get a good overview of future Moveats. After each Moveat, you collect points that, among other things, give you a discount on future tickets.

At least one person in your company needs to have the app downloaded to their phone, but you get the best experience if everyone has it.

Where can I find my ticket?

Your ticket will automatically appear in your Moveat app when you create an account in the app with the same email address you used to purchase your ticket. Are you using a different email address in the Moveat app or did someone else buy your ticket for you? Then you can manually add your ticket to the app by entering your unique ticket number. Click Add ticket which you will find under the tab Tickets in the Moveat app. Your unique ticket number can be found in the order confirmation from us.

How do I transfer a ticket to a friend?

As a ticket buyer, you can easily transfer tickets to other people in your party. Go to the Tickets tab Tickets and then select Transfer to a friend. Then choose which tickets you want to transfer and to which Moveat accounts.

When the transfer is completed, the recipients can see their tickets in the respective Moveat app. If the recipient does not have a Moveat account, the ticket will be dormant at the recipient's email address. As soon as the person creates a Moveat account with the email address, the ticket will appear in the person's Moveat app. You as a buyer can at any time transfer the ticket to another person, another email address or change the spelling of an email address if you have accidentally spelled it wrong.

How do I add a ticket to my app?

If you are the one who bought the ticket, it will automatically appear in your app as long as you have logged into the app with the same email address that you provided in connection with your ticket purchase. Are you using a different email address in the app or has someone else bought the ticket for you? In that case, you can add the ticket manually by entering your unique ticket number under the tab Tickets in the app. You will find your ticket number in the order confirmation from us. Be sure to enter your ticket number in the correct format and make sure that you e.g. do not confuse a zero with the letter "o".

The person who bought the ticket can also transfer the ticket to you, directly from their Moveat app.

I have problems logging in!

For you who has have been logged in to the app before:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Moveat app on your phone. Launch the app and select the "Log in" option that you reach by tapping the ticket or profile tab in the app.
  2. Log in by entering your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by selecting "Forgot your password?".
  3. If you choose to reset your password, you will receive an email from us within a few seconds. If you do not find this email, it is probably in your spam. Keep in mind that many email accounts have several different folders for spam that can be called anything from "spam" to "campaigns". Some of these folders can only be accessed from a computer.
  4. If you have gone through all your spam folders and still cannot find an email from us, you probably do not have a Moveat account before. Then select "Create account" and follow the instructions below.

For you who not have been logged in to the app before:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Moveat app on your phone. Launch the app and select the option "Create account" which you reach by tapping the ticket or profile tab in the app.
  2. Create an account by entering your email address and choosing a password.
  3. As a final step, you need to verify that you own your email address by clicking on a link that is emailed to your email address. If you do not find the email, take a look at your spam. Keep in mind that many email accounts have several different folders for spam that can be called anything from "spam" to "campaigns". Some of these folders can only be accessed from a computer.
  4. Once you have verified your email address, you can return to the Moveat app. You are now logged in.

Can I have all my party tickets in my app?

For the best possible experience, we recommend that everyone in the party download the Moveat app on their phones. If you have an active ticket in your app, you also collect points in our loyalty system, which e.g. gives you a discount on future tickets. The ticket buyer can easily distribute tickets to their party directly from their Moveat app. It is also possible for each person to manually add their ticket to the respective phone by selecting Add ticket under the tab Tickets. If someone does not have a phone or does not want to download the app, it is of course perfectly possible to have several tickets in one and the same app.

If you have bought more than one ticket with the same email address, all tickets will appear in your app as long as you log into the app with the same email address that you entered when purchasing the ticket. From the tab Tickets you can then transfer the tickets to the respective person in your party.

Gift card

How is a gift card delivered?

The gift card is delivered as a gift certificate to your email. If you have a Moveat account, the gift card is also delivered to your Moveat app and you can find it under the "Gifts" tab. Just make sure to use the same email address when purchasing as you use in the app. From the app, you can easily send the gift card to whoever you want.

How do I send the gift card to someone?

Analogue
The minute you complete your purchase, we will email you a nice gift card that you can print.

Digitally
In the Moveat app, you can easily send the gift card to whoever you want. If you send the gift card to someone who has a Moveat account, the gift card will appear under the "Gifts" tab in the recipient's Moveat app. If the recipient does not have a Moveat account, the gift card will be dormant at the recipient's email address. As soon as the person creates a Moveat account with the email address, the gift card will appear in the person's Moveat app. You as a buyer can transfer the gift card to another person or another email address at any time.

I would like an analogue gift certificate!

The minute you complete your purchase, we will email you a nice gift card that you can print.

Does the recipient need the Moveat app?

No. A gift card can be used at any time, with no requirement for a Moveat account.

In the Moveat app, you can easily send the gift card to whoever you want. If you send the gift card to someone who has a Moveat account, the gift card will appear under the "Gifts" tab in the recipient's Moveat app. About the recipient not having a Moveat account, the gift card will be dormant at the recipient's email address. As soon as the person creates a Moveat account with the email address, the gift card will appear in the person's Moveat app. You as a buyer can transfer the gift card to another person or another email address at any time.

How long is a gift card valid for?

A gift card is valid for 24 months. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the validity period. However, it is fine to book a Moveat experience that occurs after the expiry time, as long as the booking is made before the gift card expires.

How do I use my gift card?

A gift card can be redeemed at moveat.co or in the Moveat app. Select the desired event, press "buy ticket" and then "use gift card". Moveat gift cards can be used at most Moveat events with the exception of Moveat Limited where alcohol is included in the price.

Club Moveat

How do I collect points?

Every Moveat you go gives you 100 points and every new Moveat location you visit gives you another 50 points. To earn points from completed Moveats and visited locations, you need to have your tickets added to your Moveat app.

Where do I see my points?

You see your points in your Moveat app under the tab Profile. After a Moveat, it can take up to 48 hours before your points become visible in the app.

Can I add previous tickets to the app?

Of course! You can add an old ticket up to 3 months after the current Moveat event.

Where do I find my discounts?

You can find your voucher and discount in your Moveat app under the tab Gifts.

How can I use my discounts?

Enter your loyalty voucher code and loyalty discount under the link "Use Gift Cards/promo code" when you make your purchase. Please note that we cannot apply your discounts afterwards to already completed purchases.

Do I get more points if I e.g. does my friend have a ticket in my app?

No, regardless of whether you have one or more tickets for the same Moveat in your app, you only get points corresponding to your own ticket. If you have other people's tickets in your app, you should therefore transfer the tickets to these people so that everyone in your party can credit their Moveat points.
